Youth Ministry - Mission Statement

The Saint Paul Baptist Church being led by God and the Holy Spirit has a desire to see our youth excel in knowing God’s word. We also have a desire to encourage our youth to understand and recognize who Jesus is by building a solid foundation of the word of God. Our mission is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of our youth through education, music, arts, youth leadership and recreation. The youth are given the confidence to use their individual talents in programs and ministries that interest them, to nurture their growth as people of faith, while at the same time providing volunteer services to the community. Our goal is to reinforce the importance of the basic way to conduct them selves by stressing the importance of attaining wisdom, knowledge, and self control.  “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12 NIV
